Q: How do I place an order?
A: Add items in your shopping basket and click checkout. You’ll need to create an account to place an order at The Gifts Shop.
Once you create an account you can change the delivery address and add comments about your order.
Check that the details you’ve entered are correct and click the Confirm Order button.

Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Once you confirm your order, you’ll be automatically redirected to PayPal’s secure page to pay for your order.
If you have a PayPal account, enter your log in details here.
If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit/debit card.
Click the Continue link, and enter your billing information.

Q: How long will it take to arrive?
A: We aim to dispatch all orders on the first business day after the order was placed, Monday to Friday. In the UK orders usually take 1-4 business days. However, please allow at least 10 working days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local Royal Mail sorting office is not holding it for collection.
