Q: How do I place an order?

A: Add items in your shopping basket and click checkout. Youíll need to create an account to place an order at The Gifts Shop.
Once you create an account you can change the delivery address and add comments about your order. Check that the details youíve entered are correct and click the Confirm Order button.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: Once you confirm your order, youíll be automatically redirected to PayPalís secure page to pay for your order. If you have a PayPal account, enter your log in details here.

Q: Is PayPal safe to use?

A: PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with the merchant. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

Q: How long will it take to arrive?

A: We aim to dispatch all orders on the first business day after the order was placed, Monday to Friday. In the UK orders usually take 1-4 business days. However, please allow at least 10 working days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with Royal Mail until this time has passed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local Royal Mail sorting office is not holding it for collection.

Q: Can I return my order?

A: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in perfect, re-saleable condition (including all parts, accessories, instructions and packaging etc) within 7 days of receipt, and weíll refund you. For more details see our Terms & Conditions.
