The normal Returns Policy applies to goods purchased by credit/debit card or Paypal and using a Promotional Offer.

Refunds relating to goods purchased using a Promotional Offer (if applicable) will be credited to the purchaser's credit/ debit card/ paypal account at the purchase price less the value of any Promotional Offer amount and applicable charges (as set out in return policy).

If more than one item is purchased using a Promotional Offer and if after return of one or more of these items, the total value of the order comes to less than £50.00, then the total value of the Promotional Offer ( -£10.00) will be added back to the total price and a refund will be calculated accordingly. For example, if two items are ordered, one at £35 and one at £25, and if the item costing £25 is returned, it therefore reduces the total value of the order to £35. In this case, the refund of £25 on the returned item is then reduced by the value of the Promotional Offer.
